This past 2 weeks we’ve done a complete server maintenance on all servers and also recompiled ffmpeg and ffmpeg-php with Lame on all servers to support audio conversion during the video conversion process.

Here’s a more detailed summary on what we did.

- Update / Repair Kernel needed
- Update / Install / Tweak various Security patches & softwares
- Update / Install / Tweak Firewall & Antidos
- Update / Install / Tweak Apache / MySQL / PHP
- Update / Install / Repair FFmpeg and FFmpeg-php / Ioncube Loader & Zend Optimizer for PHP4/PHP5
- Install / Tweak / Virus Scan, Spam Protection for Exim, PHP Email etc.
- Modify memory usage for various system programs, Example: making HTTP #1, MySQL #2 and so forth.
- Security Scan for all servers and weekly audits.
